These are unique and tasty pasties with Corn meal ( Harina P.A.N) a precooked cornmeal that is used to make arepas in another countries of Southamerica . The filling is mash potatoes seasoned with bolivian ahogado and vegetarian mince.Once are fried these are crispy dough and soft  inside.
